• Monthly retainers billed on the 1st of each month
• All payments must be made through approved gateways

5. Refund Policy

• Hosting or DNS failures
• Delays due to missing client inputs

8. Termination of Services

• Payments are not completed
• Client violates policies or legal rules
• Client engages in abusive communication
