Our refund terms are transparent, fair, and built to protect both you and Gent Digital.

Our Refund Guidelines

1. General Refund Terms

Gent Digital provides SEO, PPC, Websites, Printing & Branding, and Digital Marketing services. Since these involve expert time and resources, refunds apply only under specific conditions below.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Once work has started, the following cannot be refunded:

  • SEO Services (audit, research, implementation)
  • PPC Setup or Monthly Ad Management
  • Website Development beyond design phase
  • Graphics, branding & content assets
  • Consultations or Strategy Calls
  • Google, Meta & hosting charges

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be granted ONLY IF:

  • Project has not yet started
  • Cancellation occurs within 12 hours of payment
  • A duplicate payment was made
  • A billing error occurred

4. Website Refund Conditions

  • 100% refund — No work started
  • 50% refund — Only initial design delivered
  • No refund — If development has started

5. SEO & PPC Refunds

  • No refund after audits, research, or setup
  • No refunds for ongoing monthly retainers
  • Ad budgets (Google/Meta) are non-refundable

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds take 5–7 business days
  • International refunds up to 10 business days
  • Refund is only issued to the original payment method
